Rank:Electrical TechnicianDepartment / Hospital:Clinical Oncology Department, Queen Elizabeth HospitalPay:HK$30,244 to HK$55,233 (HGPS point 11 to 23) per month including Monthly AllowanceUp to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:1.Provide technical services and support to the medical physics division within the Cluster.2.Provide preventive and emergency maintenance services for radio diagnostic, radiotherapy, electronic equipment, computer server and network systems.3.Assist Physicists to calibrate and perform dosimetric measurements and quality assurance checks on radiological equipment.4.Assist Physicists to perform quality assurance checks on patient treatment plans.5.Assist Physicists to perform radiation survey and radiological protection measurements for patients, staff and members of the public.6.Assist Physicists to perform computer / electronic / electrical / mechanical applications in radiological and related fields.7.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).Entry Requirements:1.A Higher Certificate or a Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent from a polytechnic or technical institute in Hong Kong or equivalent.2.3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in equipment maintenance.3.Knowledge of English at a standard equivalent to Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (Syllabus B) or Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education.Preferable Attributes/Exposure:1.Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in 3D printing.2.Sound knowledge in computer networking, server management & hands-on experience in programming.3.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex electronic equipment.4.Good communication skills.5.Ability in problem-solving and decision-making.Remarks:1.Please refer to for “Notes to Applicants”.Please submit application on-line on or before 4 September 2025.
