  • 接待顧客、介紹產品、處理交易並提供優質服務。
  • Receive customers, introduce products, process transactions, and provide quality service.
  • 熟悉產品資訊和市場動態，根據顧客需求提供建議。
  • Familiar with product information and market trends, providing advice based on customer needs.
  • 參與商品陳列和庫存管理，確保店面整潔有序。
  • Participate in merchandise display and inventory management to maintain a clean and orderly store.
  • 處理顧客投訴及退換貨，確保顧客滿意度。
  • Address customer complaints and returns to ensure satisfaction.
For Supervisor
  • 帶領團隊超越銷售與利潤目標，實時追蹤KPI並數據驅動決策。
  • Lead the team to exceed sales and profit targets, monitor KPIs in real time for data-driven decisions.
  • 制定排班及培訓計劃，確保人手充足並持續提升能力。
  • Create staffing and training plans to ensure adequate staffing and continuous skill enhancement.
  • 執行VIP維護及售後流程，提升客單價與復購率。
  • Execute VIP care and after-sales processes to boost ATV and repeat purchases.
Requirements
  • 3年以上零售管理經驗。
  • 3+ years of retail management experience.
  • 流利的粵語、英語和普通話。
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • 熟悉高端面料和視覺陳列。
  • Knowledge of premium fabrics and visual merchandising.
