Responsibilities:Provide professional assistance to the Chairman and ensure that household affairs and office administration are handled effectively both locally and internationally.Lead and manage a team of domestic helpers, drivers, and tea ladies to perform household and office duties on a daily basis.Plan and oversee formal gatherings, performances, parties, dinners, social events and charity, ensuring impeccable service and hospitality.Liaise with foreign and domestic real estate agencies, landlords, and designers regarding the purchase, sale, and lease of properties, as well as the renovation projects.Communicate with auction houses in connection with antique and collectible auctions and arrange delivery and transportation and ensure the safe delivery and storage of luxury items.Requirements:
  • Degree holder with fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 10 years’ of Personal Assistant experience with international exposure
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • High integrity and a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, discretion, and flexibility, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work schedule and ability to multitask effectively.
