- Perform wound assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Implement evidence-based treatments for wounds, including pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds, and venous/arterial ulcers
- Manage complex wound cases and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized wound care plans
- Monitor wound healing and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention, dressing techniques, and self-care
- Maintain accurate records of wound assessments, treatments, and outcomes
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training related to wound care
- Preferably with Degree in Nursing
- Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong
- Possess a relevant certificate in Stoma and Wound Care Nursing
- At least 3 years of clinical experience with a focus on wound care
- Advanced knowledge of wound care products, technologies, and evidence-based practices
- Familiarity with hospital policies, infection control, and nursing standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Languages
- BLS bi-yearly recertification
- ACLS is required for Critical Care Areas
