- Strategic Support & Business Analysis
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform CEO-level decisions.
- Prepare data-driven presentations, business cases, and board materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, investment memos).
- Support strategic initiatives (e.g., market expansion, partnerships, operational improvements) with structured problem-solving.
- Assist in financial modeling, scenario planning, and KPI tracking to evaluate business performance.
- Support on CEO Office Operations and Meeting Coordination
- Assist in managing daily schedules, work plans, and travel arrangements with a focus on prioritization and efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Product) to ensure alignment.
- Support on leadership meetings, board sessions, and strategy offsites (agendas, pre-reads, minutes).
- Project and Data Management: Collect and summarize relevant business data regularly, and make relevant business reports.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Master’s degree, major in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- 2 years in consulting or corporate strategy roles.
- Consulting/Strategy Background – Ex-consultants with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project & Program Management: Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Analytical & Communication Skills – Strong Excel (modeling), PowerPoint (deck structuring), and stakeholder management.
- Adaptability – Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and shifting priorities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align projects with the top management’s long-term vision.
- Collaboration: Ability to bring collaboration between departments
