- Responsible for daily accounting functions include AP, AR, G/L and inventory management
- Review payment vouchers and vendor payment batches for posting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any payment-related inquiries or disputes
- Maintain proper accounting transaction; ensure all transactions are checked, supported, recorded and accounted for
- Provide finance-related support to other divisions within the Group
- Assist in month-end, interim and year-end closing
- Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required
- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ financial accounting experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing or listed companies
- Experience in using SAP is an advantage
- Humble & with strong willingness to learn new things
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. High level of logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the team
- Detail-oriented, well organized with the ability to prioritize, and able to cope with tight deadlines under pressure
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, Mandarin and Chinese communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
