- Oversee premises related matters including facilities management, property leasing, building and branch improvement, office renovation projects for all leased and owned properties of the Bank
- Understand the building conditions and user requirements and plan ahead various maintenance or improvement plan;
- Conversant in all statutory requirements and associated real estate legal documents, and deal with corresponding issues and stakeholders to ensure all buildings are fully comply with relevant regulations, banking requirements, specified design standard, internal policies and guidelines
- Manage third-party vendors including property management companies, suppliers, consultants and contractors through effective vendor management with well-defined service level and performance indicators
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Building Engineering, Surveying, or related disciplines
- Relevant qualification in HKIS, RICS, CIH, HKIH, HMRB is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project / facilities management. Relevant experience in Banking, Financial Institutions or Large Corporations will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
