Provide technical support to customers in the configuration, operation of enterprise SAN storage systems and backup & restore systems
Perform migration tasks of business-critical SAN storage systems to meet tight project schedules. These include pre-migration backup tasks and post-migration storage configuration tasks
Communicate and coordinate with different parties to ensure smooth migration that meet tight project timelines
Proactively identify potential issues and seek solutions to ensure successful migration
Perform ongoing support tasks of storage management and backup & restore operation

Job Requirements:

Degree in IT or relevant qualifications
4 to 5 years IT experience. Working experience in IT core Infrastructure required.
Solid knowledge and experience in configuration and operation of SAN storage systems (e.g. NetApp, HPE), Backup & restore solutions, Windows Server, Server Virtualization platform (e.g. VMware).
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible to work overtime to meet project schedules and task requirements
