Responsibilities· Verify sales invoices and proof of delivery· Daily cash receipt handling, report and reconciliation· Handle AR settlement and account reconciliation· Handle Key account and Corporate account trade spend reconciliation· Handle credit control, AR aging report, monthly statements· Work on month-end and year-end closing· Assist with financial audits· Ad-hoc tasks as requiredRequirements:· Minimum 1 year of experience with a focus on AR settlements· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Microsoft BC 365 experience is an advantage· Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail· Ability to work independently with a positive attitude· Solution / Analytical mindedLocation: Tsuen Wan
