  • Operate and monitor systems in the Control Room, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems (fire, intruder, burglar, etc.).
  • Take charge during emergency situations and ensure proper reporting and coordination.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports as required. Promptly identify and report any faults or issues to supervisors.
  • Monitor the performance and discipline of the control room team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • At least with 3 years of experience at supervisory level, experience in call centre / customer service will be considered as an advantage.
  • Responsible, communicative, a team player, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiar with computer operations and proficient typing skills in both Chinese (倉頡/速成) and English.
  • Possess with a valid SPP knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and relevant laws is preferred.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
