- Collaborates with international process owners and creative partners to develop and take ownership of new brand development charters.
- Partners with insights and local experts to define the target audience and develops a deep understanding of the consumer through direct interaction and research.
- Co-creates new brands with internal and external creative partners, following the brand development process from charter development to brand conception to in-market testing and consumer adoption.
- Works with product insights, product development, winemaking, and winegrowing to ensure early collaboration on the brand's concept and product alignment.
- Utilizes consumer insights, category understanding, and competitive analysis to identify branding opportunities for chartered projects.
- Collaborates with the management and regional team lead to support the implementation of the market strategy, tactics, and programs that achieve business goals for the Asia region.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with distributors, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Works with forecasting to assist in managing brand promotion and customer forecasting processes.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams, including legal, compliance, and winemaking, to ensure that Asia plans align with overall international strategy and comply with relevant regulations.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with quality, environmental, and safety regulations. If overseeing others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance as well.
