  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives in the IC or key commodity markets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients who require IC or key commodity solutions in China and other Southeast Asian regions.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the electronics technology to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offices.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Participate and assist in ad hoc projects.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
  • 5+ years of electronics sales experience in trading, franchise, distribution, or manufacturing.
  • Extensive knowledge of key commodity is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
