  • To build strong working relationship with distribution channels to achieve our objective
  • To provide exceptional customer service to our distribution channels in a timely and accurate manner
  • Drive and execute initiatives & projects to achieve the targets set on Emma by AXA for distribution channels e.g. training, campaign, contest, challenge etc.; including but not limited to:
  • Internal co-ordination on project delivery
  • External communications and alignment etc.
  • To establish regular 2-way communications with distribution channels, e.g. prepare agency bulletin, eDM, tutorial video etc.
  • Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
  • Proactive in providing feedbacks, drive and contribute to ongoing improvement on Emma by AXA
  • To support in end-to-end digital customer campaigns execution and creative initiatives in order to engage our customers
Qualifications
  • High diploma or above, with minimum of 1-3 years solid work experience in the area of digital engagement and support to distribution channel, preferably gained in the insurance / digital banking sector
  • Experienced in working with insurance agency and/or EB will be an advantage
  • Strong relationship building, customer service and presentation skills, with a problem-solving & can-do attitude
  • Detail-minded and demonstrate execution excellence in digital campaigns and projects
  • Able to work with various internal stakeholders and external vendors such as designers and copywriters
  • Experienced in driving and delivering projects related to distribution channels (e.g. agency)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Patience and perseverance when handling difficult cases & complaints
  • Proactive and goal oriented, willingness to accept new challenge and tasks
  • Strong organisational skills with a key ability to prioritise and flex across a varied portfolio of work
  • Strong analytics and excel skills for digital performance reporting are a plus
