- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team to design and develop innovative supply chain solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Work with key accounts to understand their supply chain requirements, identify pain points, and develop tailored solutions to optimize their logistics operations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create compelling pitches and presentations to showcase our supply chain solutions to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits they can bring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless implementation and execution of supply chain solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements to meet client expectations and KPIs.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and maintaining strong relationships.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to supply chain management and logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or freight forwarding, with a strong understanding of new project implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and develop creative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value of supply chain solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
