In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end management of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and other time-critical material requirements.   • Oversee AOG material support operations, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Manage sourcing, procurement, and logistics of critical aircraft or industrial components.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and warehouse teams to prioritise urgent needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and develop contingency plans for high-risk scenarios.
  • Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of agility and accountability.
Profile
  • Background in aviation preferred (airlines, MRO, OEM), but open to candidates from industrial parts, electronic components, or mechanical parts sectors.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or material management.
  • Strong understanding of AOG or time-critical logistics operations.
  • Experience in people leaderhip
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
