What You Will Work On:

Maintain and refine segmentation model, ensuring ongoing testing.
Drive targeted marketing communications (eDM, SMS, call lists) for enhanced member engagement.
Analyse customer profiles using statistical modelling and data mining techniques.
Provide actionable insights from customer analysis to drive business decisions.
Evaluate campaign performance, enhancing future strategies for better ROI.
Identify and leverage market trends to boost sales and performance.
Collaborate on CRM system development, including Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Ensure seamless database integration for enhanced customer visibility.
Develop dashboards and automated reports to monitor KPIs and improve efficiency.
Provide IT support for loyalty programme and marketing systems enhancements.

Our Ideal Candidates Should Have:

University graduate in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, CRM, or loyalty marketing; fresh graduates will also be considered.
Experience in data modelling (in any industry) preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with a keen business acumen and numerical proficiency.
Ability to deliver impactful communications on-time and accurately.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and efficiently coordinate supporting functions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage, implement, and analyse various initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
