Our client is a public corporation set up by the Hong Kong Government in Hong Kong. They are seeking for a Senior Infra Specialist / Assistant Manager to participate in experience in implement project with Linux, cloud and docker.Responsibilities· Ensure all systems are operating in a stable and effective environment to meet all Services Level Agreement.· Implement technical projects to fulfil business requirements.· Take the lead in project activities like requirement collection, site preparation, monitoring progress, UAT, deployment, transition to ongoing support, etc.· Preparation of RFP, and RFQ documents.· Plan for project transition to ongoing support (BAU) and assist in managing existing IT systems or managed service provider.· Take problem ownership and follow up through problem escalation procedure for all critical problems.· Perform second-tier end-user support on network connectivity and server problem.· Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements· Diploma holder or above preferably in IT. More work experience with lower education or professional qualifications will also be considered.· Minimum 5 years of work experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Infrastructure Specialist.· Experience in Virtualization, Azure, AWS, Container, OpenShift and Kubernetes would have an advantage.· Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS, PMP and ITIL certifications would be an advantage.· Good communication and interpersonal skills.· Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
Diploma holder or above preferably in Information Technology
