POSITION SUMMARYManage and support data centre operations and equipment maintenancePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate computers and related equipment in data centre
Perform daily system backup and monitoring work
Maintain log books and operating records for equipment
Assist in first line technical support -Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Shift duty is required (Day shift: 0800 – 1700, Night shift: 1600 – 2400) on roster basis -Work Location: Tuen Mun

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

F.5 or DSE graduated
With diploma in Computer Science / Information Systems or Related discipline preferred
Good knowledge in MS office (MS Word, Excel)
Possess some working experience in help desk/end user support
Willing to work on shift duty
Good communication skills
Immediate available is preferred
Fresh graduate will also be considered
