1. To maintain and enhance the APOLLO OA network infrastructure of DPO including LAN and Wireless LAN.
2. To perform ongoing support and system administration for Active Directory of OA network of APOLLO.
3. To provide IT support to DPO end-users including APOLLO OA applications and VoIP system.
4. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 2.0

Requirements The proposed candidates must have:
1. Technical knowledge, support and system management experience in network infrastructure including Local Area Network (LAN) and wireless LAN.
2. Hands on experience in operation support on MS active directory.
3. Solid experience on maintaining and helpdesk support on application.
4. Knowledge and experience in managing Voice over IP systems.The following requirements are preferable:
1. Familiarity with Cisco, H3C or Huawei network products is preferred.
2. Sound knowledge and experience in managing Anti-virus system, PMS (Patch Management Software) and SAM (Software Assets Management) system.
3. Knowledge in IT Security and hands-on experience of implementation of system security safeguards including network security, network encryption and anti-APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) solution.
4. Experience in managing and supporting government systems / services.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration (MSP);
. At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 2 years' experience in Wireless Technology (WLT);
. 2 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
