- Handle potential guest enquiries in efficient and effective manner
- Ensure the entire sales cycle is properly handled with guest expectation and satisfaction
- Ensure and maintain a seamless coordination with the banqueting service team and other relevant parties
- Solicit any catering and event business opportunities with existing or potential clients
- Maintain an exemplary customers relationship
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or Catering Management or related discipline with minimum 2 years experience in catering sales
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-oriented, self-motivated and be a good team player
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
