Food preparation﹐ production and presentation with consistent and quality standards
Ensure courteous, efficient and flexible service that supports the restaurant and bar

Requirements 工作要求:

Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant work experience in Japanese cuisine
Open, and willing to try new recipes
Pleasant, passionate about good food and great customer service
Good team player, self-motivated and versatile
Proficient in food hygiene, with relevant qualification is an advantage
Fluent spoken English and Chinese
Less experienced applicant to offer junior position
