VisitPURPOSEHave overall responsibility for the development and on-going management of MS O365 and Messaging Infrastructure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Corporate Directory Services and support of FWD Group IT platform and shared servicesTo build a deep understanding of key business areas around the region to plan, develop and implement infrastructure solutions that will deliver corporate and service specific objectives and meet the strategic priorities of the BU.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESManage, Design and Architect the Microsoft O365, Corporate Directory Services, Azure Virtual Desktop and Integration of 3rd party’s technology solution.Support cloud adoption with the cloud operation and delivery team aligning to the Technology StrategySupport IT Infrastructure/System setup & migration for new FWD business entityLiaise with IT application, application architect and security team on the technical development of converged solutions and process to enhance the operations of servicesTechnical Evaluation of latest IT technology and management tools on Microsoft O365 environmentLead the Engineering team for management and support of FWD Group IT Common Services Platform and services availability, capacity and 7x24 hours supportLead Technical engineers to negotiate with vendors, auditors, consultants.Ensure the managed IT infrastructure are fulfil compliance/security requirementPutting in place continual service improvement plans which reduce the number of systems down time incidents, support calls and commonly reported problemsAssist in Vendor, Contract and License ManagementAssists in conducting DR Drill and BCP processQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCEDegree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with more than 8 years of relevant experience which 3 years in managerial levelHolder of professional qualification(s) preferred, e.g. Microsoft O365, Azure and VMwareSolid experience in MS O365, Active Directory Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, MS Exchange Online, Intune MDM, SCCM, Cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS), Backup & Disaster Recovery SolutionProject management skill is preferred.KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLSStrong problem solving, management and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of O365, Messaging, Server, Network, Storage and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure & AWS), Virtualization, DR Management and IT Security.Strong knowledge in Mobile & Hybrid Infrastructure Architecture.Excellent communication / interpersonal skill, and able to work under pressure.Understanding of IT operation of Insurance CompanyGood command of written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken EnglishWillingness to learn new IT Technology
