Job Responsibilities:The incumbent is expected to draft and review legal documentation for various business units as well as to provide legal advices and support. And the incumbent is expected to constantly review insurance products, marketing and/or insurance related documents.Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Law or related discipline
8 years relevant working experience
Qualified lawyer (over 5 years' PQE) with experience preferably in insurance/financial institutions is preferred
Good understanding of Insurance Ordinance, Banking Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance, and the Hong Kong regulatory framework in respect of financial institutions is highly preferred
Good intepersonal and communication skills
Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work in fast paced environent
A good team player & able to work proactively & indepently
Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
