Guide and motivate the team while supporting the delivery of high-quality services based on requirements and standards
Source, explore, and develop effective sales channels and platforms
Analyze market trends to maintain current business and develop potential opportunity

Requirements

Degree / Diploma holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
Minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven record of business contacts
Excellent command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
