Manager, Treasury Operations, Stablecoin

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations related to reserves backing stablecoins.
Process reserve transactions (inflows/outflows) efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reserve management activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to monitor and mitigate operational risks.
Prepare and deliver reports on reserve levels, transaction volumes, and compliance metrics to senior stakeholders.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, risk, compliance, and technology) to streamline operations.
Support the deployment of new technologies to enhance operational processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
At least 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in finance or the digital asset industry.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, stablecoins, and cryptocurrencies; industry experience is a plus.
Proven track record in process improvement and operational optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
