- To lead Trade Customer Services of Premier Service Unit and Trade Services Counter.
- To handle customer services function (i.e. Trade counter and customer hotline) with people management role.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff members on daily operations and resolution of problems and exception.
- To screen application for compliance with terms and conditions as per approved credit conditions
- To perform escalation process and obtain approval from relevant stakeholder(s) if trade exception (which is deviated from approved credit conditions) is found.
- Suggest process improvement opportunity to Team / Section Manager when applicable.
- Co-operate with team members to achieve the tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Achieve the defined KPIs.
- ‘A’ Level or above; Degree or related Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years experience in full set import and export trade operations (preferrable with trade customer services experience)
- Minimum 3- 5 years experience of managing a team
- Good written English and Chinese
- Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline.
- Good skill in leadership and organization.
- Innovative and willing to accept new ideas and changes.
- In-depth trade operations experience and knowledge on trade related international rules, regulations and practices.
- In-dept knowledge on statutory rules and regulations.
- Strong sense of risk and fraud control.
- Basic PC skills are essential
