Conduct elicitation of AI project and collaborate the business analysis result with the stakeholders
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure a good understanding of business drivers and priorities
Maintain the knowledge management system to ensure the accuracy of conversational flow of the virtual assistant.
Provide incident report and review with team leader for improvement and development
Perform user acceptance tests, production tests, data validation and integrated tests
Develop training documentation and delivers end user training to enable the effective use of AI application

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Degree holder in Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analysis related disciplines or equivalent
At least 2 years relevant experience in AI development or mobile telecom industry, candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Data Analyst
Experience in Project Management will be advanced
Passion on building new system/application and continuously optimize it based on observation, study system usage and user's need. Well organized, with analytical mind and work independently. Detail-oriented and eager to work with complex business workflows
Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, SAS and FoxPro; knowledge and use of Excel, PowerPoint, Cognos, BI tools.
