We are seeking a Data Architect for a leading financial institution in Hong Kong.The Role
- Lead the design and development of data architecture solutions for the migration project, ensuring alignment with business requirements and leveraging Alibaba Cloud's native products.
- Implement scalable and efficient data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses on Alibaba Cloud, optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data migration requirements and implement solutions that meet project objectives.
- Utilize Alibaba Cloud's native products such as MaxCompute, AnalyticDB, DataWorks, and other relevant services to facilitate a successful migration.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are upheld throughout the migration process.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for data migration and architecture on Alibaba Cloud.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Architect with expertise in designing and implementing data solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud's native products, particularly in the context of data platform migrations.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, data architecture best practices, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience in data platform migrations, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
