Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality claims services for all line of business that in line with the company objective and department goals
  • To analyze and identify specific trends in controlling claim costs effectively and closely work with inter-departments across functions
  • Responsible for managing Personal and Commercial lines claims in line with the policies and comply with relevant protocols in the Claims Manual
  • Ensure fast and fair settlement of claims from customers and the third party claimants with the pre-defined authority limit
  • Deliver the highest level of consistent, quality claims services to our customers and come across as knowledgeable, friendly and customer oriented
  • Handle the claims hotline
  • Ensure to make accurate claims reserving and regular review of the outstanding cases
  • Claim document management including verification, indexing, reserving, payment and fillings etc
  • Perform other ad hoc / related duties as assigned by management to support the Department
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification such as IIQE/ANZIIF/ACII and related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in handling general insurance claims
  • Good technical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and proficient in Mandarin
  • Must be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Effective interpersonal & communication skills with internal
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Claims

工作職責

  • 確保在預先規定的權限範圍內,快速、公平地解決客戶和第三方索賠人的索賠。
  • 為我們的客戶提供最高水平的、一致的、高質量的索賠服務 。
  • 處理索賠熱線 。
  • 確保進行準確的索賠儲備,並定期審查未完成的案件。
  • 確保所有相關的索賠信件在系統中以良好和有序的文件方式記錄下來。
  • 在小規模索賠法庭出席TPPD和追償案件的法庭職責 。
  • 就索賠事宜指導並聯絡驗屍師、理賠員和律師。
  • 識別問題、風險和任何潛在的欺詐性索賠並加以解決 。
  • 監督和指導見習/初級索賠專家 。
  • 處理臨時項目或高級主管指派的其他職責 。
職位要求
  • 專業資格,如IIQE/ANZIIF/ACII和相關學科的資格 。
  • 至少有2-3年處理一般保險索賠的相關經驗 。
  • 優秀的技術和談判技巧 。
  • 熟練掌握中文、英文的書寫和口語,並能熟練使用普通話。
  • 具有團隊精神和戰略思維 。
  • 有效的人際關系和溝通技巧。
  • 能夠獨立工作並在壓力下工作。
  • 以客戶服務為導向,自我激勵。
  • 在保險業獲得全面的技術索賠處理和操作經驗。
  • 必須熟練掌握Word、Excel、Power Point。
