- To lead a current team of individuals and partner with key business units to enable and drive data- driven decisions
- Lead and deploy various marketing modelling and measurement tools and approaches for greater accuracy, including AI- powered.
- Use AI and machine learning tools for better insights into marketing spend, returns, clients, markets as well as areas of improvement
- Continuously support product and revenue teams with regular insights from marketing campaigns to enhance their approach to revenue and market expansion
- Ensure strong data governance and compliance.
- A relevant qualification in marketing or finance and at least 12+years of working experience in marketing analytics
- A proven track record in data science and analytics, with prior success stories in supporting business and commercial decision making
- Strong experience in MTA, MMM, and AI/ML applications in marketing analytics necessary
- Experience in using Google marketing platform, AWS, AppsFlyer and etc.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast driven environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and strong presentation skills required
