Identify with and implement the education philosophy of the School Sponsoring Body
Possess a recognized Bachelor degree or above with relevant teacher's qualifications
Proven track record in teaching and administration of secondary school
Passionate in education with a strong sense of commitment
Effective leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Chinese
Fulfill the requirements of Principal set forth by the EDB (those undergoing the Certification for Principalship process may also apply)
