About the job Sales ManagerOur client, a leading licensing agency, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Licensing Sales Executive / Manager to drive business growth and manage key relationships across Asia.Location: HK IslandWorking time: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PMSalary: HKD 20 35KResponsibilities:

Shape and implement commercial strategies for brand partnerships and content licensing
Liaise with intellectual property (IP) owners to explore new collaboration opportunities
Manage contract lifecycle from proposal to execution
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to internal capability building
Facilitate communication and alignment between brand owners and external partners
Represent the business in cross-border engagements and industry events
Prepare sales reports and assist in training

Requirements:

B2B Sales experience in any industry
Experience in licensing (e.g. toy/game marketing, IP collaborations) is a big advantage
Strong sales performance and strategic mindset
Native Cantonese speaker with high proficiency in Japanese, English, and Mandarin
Team-oriented, cheerful communicator with a collaborative approach
Immediate availability with a passion for business development is highly preferred
