  • Bachelor's Degree or higher diploma in counselling, social work, psychology or possessing relevant professional accreditation
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm about serving the school with counselling competencies
  • To provide guidance and individual counselling services to students
  • To design, organize and implement student developmental programmes
  • To follow-up on student's counselling plans and progress
  • To provide administrative support to the Student Development team [D&G and SEN]
  • To collaborate with staff, parents and school-based professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to support students' well-being
  • Prior experience in the educational sector or a strong background in SEN is preferred
