- conduct market reserahch such as setting up studies, questionaires on operational experinece, setup strategies to improve the customer experience
- collect raw data from different department, analyse data using excel and create pivot tables
- strong sense and be curiosity for better operational strategies
- strong in excel skills, experience in creating pivot tables preferred
- fluent in Cantonese and English
- exeperience in market research skills
