  • Prepare documents and correspondences, input data and compile analytical reports.
  • Co-ordinate and support team activities, including preparing agenda and minutes, arranging meeting, and guest visits.
  • Deal with internal and external customers / working partners to solve possible problems and propose areas for improvement to ensure the administrative effectiveness.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, feedback and requests and provide clerical support and perform administration.
  • Maintain and update records and filing systems.
The Person
  • Higher Diploma or above. 5 passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese, or equivalent. 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language.
  • Minimum 3 years post qualification working experience in recognized welfare organization; elderly or family services preferable.
  • Good PC knowledge in Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good team player and able to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and committed to serve the elderly with caring attitude.
  • Attentive to details, systematic, self-initiative and willing to follow through tasks independently
