- Lead End-to-End Projects: Plan, execute, monitor collections projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, and drive project success.
- Deliverables & Timelines: Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, concise, and regular project status updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics to the Head of Collections and other stakeholders.
- Strengthen Governance Frameworks: Develop, review, enhance, and maintain robust collections policies, procedures, standards, and controls documentation. Ensure alignment with Group standards and local regulations.
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor regulatory requirements impacting collections. Ensure processes and projects adhere strictly to these requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, compliance, conduct, and reputational risks within the collections function.
- Audit & Assurance: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits/examinations. Prepare documentation, coordinate responses, manage remediation plans for findings, and track closure.
- Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Training Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project/Visio).
- Experience with collections systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAS, SQL, or Python for data extraction/analysis is advantageous
