Quality Manager (Apparel Product Safety)

• Lead a team of Product Integrity auditors and provide on-site support for all product safety matters.
• Implement and enforce Product Safety Management practices, such as Factory Safety Assessment, across vendor base to ensure compliance with best practice standards.
• Collaborate vendor onboarding processes across different countries.
• Work with the Regional QA team to drive vendor improvement processes.
• Vendor management related to onboarding and manufacturing capability.
• Maintain and manage Factory Audit Dashboard using different platforms.
• Provide training to cross-functional partners on quality and safety topics.

• Provide technical support for product risk assessment process
• Review products for potential compliance concerns and consult with relevant teams on product safety issues during design and sampling stages.
• Communicate and consult with Product Safety & Compliance, Raw Material, and Sourcing teams on material/chemical compliance and reporting issues, providing recommendations as needed.

• Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Product Safety Management in garment industry.
• Bachelor's degree in apparel, textile engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the US
• Knowledge of QA/QC tools and methodologies.
• Experience in implementing processes and procedures and collaborating with vendors, testing laboratories, and third-party sourcing agents.
• Ability to address regulatory requirements in a supplier quality or new product development environment.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
