Project Manager (8 Months contract, up to 40k)

• Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department, including issuing debit notes, handling payments, and reviewing journal entries
• Prepare month-end management accounts and monthly consolidated financial statements to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Monitor cash flow conditions and time deposit
• Coordinate and participate in budget and/or forecast for the Company
• Liaise with external audits, tax authorities, and other professionals
• Analyse, report, and regularly review business performance to Management and Departments
• Regular update accounting policies and service agreements
• Handle some HR work duties if needed
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned
• Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in finance/accounting, with experience in the insurance/Banking/Finance industry would be an advantage
• Experience in handling HR job duties would be an advantage
• Being a qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent would be an advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Office Applications
