- Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department, including issuing debit notes, handling payments, and reviewing journal entries
- Prepare month-end management accounts and monthly consolidated financial statements to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash flow conditions and time deposit
- Coordinate and participate in budget and/or forecast for the Company
- Liaise with external audits, tax authorities, and other professionals
- Analyse, report, and regularly review business performance to Management and Departments
- Regular update accounting policies and service agreements
- Handle some HR work duties if needed
- Any ad hoc projects as assigned
- Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in finance/accounting, with experience in the insurance/Banking/Finance industry would be an advantage
- Experience in handling HR job duties would be an advantage
- Being a qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent would be an advantage
- Proficiency in using MS Office Applications
