- Lead a Procurement Team
- Lead and mentor a small procurement team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the full purchase order lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement activities for food ingredients and packaging materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support long-term sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure the most favourable outcomes for the company.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to diversify and strengthen the supply base.
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, including cost analysis, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics and inventory management.
- Prepare procurement reports and cost-saving plans for management review.
- Support ERP and workflow optimisation initiatives, including system implementation and process enhancements.
- Travel internationally to meet with key suppliers and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in food, healthcare, FMCG, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with Kingdee, WMS, and SOP systems is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
