Posting Date: 2025-09-02Uniplan Hong Kong LtdEvent Senior Project ManagerWhat awaits you …Conceptualize, plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, including budget, logistics, and vendor management to ensure all objectives are met within deadlinesDevelop event briefs and plans, select venues, source suppliers, manage teams & freelancers, oversee on-site execution, ensuring compliance with regulationsWork collaboratively with Event Account Services and Creative Team, vendors and others to clearly define project requirements and expectationsServe as the central point of contact, managing communication between the Account Services Team, Operations Team, clients, senior management, and other stakeholdersProvide project direction and leadership, manage and motivate junior team members to ensure all project deliverables are up to agency standard and client expectationsTrack project milestones and deliverables, monitor progress, and adapt plans as needed to address changes or issuesIdentify complex risks, lead reviews, create risk mitigation and implement action plansConclude the project by evaluating its success and challenges, documenting outcomes, and applying lessons learned to future projectsWhat you should bring with you …Degree or Diploma in Communications or Event Management or an equivalent qualificationSeasoned Event Professional, with a minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally at an international agency and/or international brand organization specialised in producing large-scale live events, exhibitions and activations etcAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completionAbility to lead, guide, and motivate a team with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage timelines and resources effectivelyStrong financial skills for budget creation and negotiation with vendors and suppliersA dedication to providing excellent service to clients ensuring a positive attendee experienceExceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliersFlexibility to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing project needsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese language ability is a bonusAbility to fulfil flexible working hours during busy periodsCandidates with less experience will be considered as Project ManagerIf this sounds like the role for you, please click "Apply Now".
