Senior Analyst / Associate, Settlement

• Perform daily settlement duties, including Securities and Futures products in HK and global markets
• Familiar with CCASS & DCASS system
• Responsible for daily operations, including day end procedures, daily reconciliation, client’s deposit and withdrawal of fund/securities request
• Liaise and resolve any settlement issues with clients, counterparties and Clearing House
• Formulate and set policies, operating procedures and control process risk
• Ensure any settlement processes and procedures are in compliance with both internal and external rules and regulations and market practice
• Participate in any back-office system enhancing/development project whenever necessary
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and implementation other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of settlement experience within brokerage or futures firms
• Conversant with the operations of DCASS/CCASS
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and as team player
• Proficient in PC applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate
