This role is crucial in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned integrated marketer with a proven track record of leading successful advertising strategies across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media. This role requires a strong understanding of the Hong Kong & Macau market, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the annual advertising strategy for Hong Kong & Macau, aligning with overall marketing objectives and business goals.Brand Management : Develop and maintain the brand’s identity and voice across all marketing materials and campaigns. Ensure brand consistency and manage brand perception to strengthen market position and customer loyalty.Integrated Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, SEM, display advertising, programmatic advertising, print, OOH, events, etc.) to maximize reach and impact.Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising to drive online lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.Digital Advertising Management: Oversee all digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media advertising, display networks, etc.), ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.Social Media Marketing: Lead the development and execution of social media strategies to build brand communities, engage target audiences, and drive traffic to online platforms. Manage social media presence across relevant platforms, create engaging content, and monitor social media performance.Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, with a strong focus on digital metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, ROI of digital campaigns, etc.), providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Use data to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIsTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing advertising team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Budget Management: Manage the marketing and advertising budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Agency Management: Oversee relationships with agencies and other external vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cost-effectiveness.Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities, informing advertising strategies and tactics.Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Use data to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advertising activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices in Hong Kong.Requirements:University Degree, with at least 12 years’ proven experience in brand management or a related marketing roleInsurance product knowledge is a must, previous working experience in insurance will be an added advantageStrong understanding of the Hong Kong & Macau media landscape and consumer behaviorExpertise in various marketing channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising), traditional advertising (print, OOH, TV, radio), and event marketingResourceful with excellent vendor network, ability to offer marketing solutionsStrong business acumen and communication skills; willingness to take on challenges and explore new market opportunitiesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsDetailed-minded and high attention to detailsAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesHigh proficiency in both written English and ChineseAttractive salary and fringe benefits, including 5-day work week, medical, life insurance, annual leave, pension scheme and training subsidies, etc. will be offered to this permanent appointment.
