Logistics, Smart InfrastructureThe successful candidate will be responsible for mastering the order and material flows for Asia Pacific and Middle East regions; and being the key role to manage the relationship with internal & external customers, and logistics services providers for warehousing & global freight forwarding.The primary responsibilities include:

Orders Fulfillment
Handle the customers inquiries/ issues/ claims in our CRM systems
Manage escalations from business partners
Liaise with HQ Supply Managers and Asia Pacific Factories to ensure on-time deliveries
Manage inbound and outbound stock movement of our Global Distribution centers in Germany and Singapore to the regions.
Manage deliveries directly from Asia Pacific Factories to our end customers
Monitor shipments with Forwarders
Manage return shipments from customers
Logistical KPI performance management
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Support projects with Logistics focus
Ad hoc tasks as required by Management

Requirements:Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Minium 2 years of relevant working experience
Experience in full set shipping documents, specially for triangular business models
Familiarity with SAP SD and MM operation, and having experience in implementing logistics projects, will be added advantage
Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Quick leaner and contributor, self- motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage
Candidate with less experience but high potential will be considered as Assistant Logistics Officer
Fresh graduates will also be considered
