- Prepare monthly consolidation and management reports of sub-group
- Assist in the annual budget/rolling forecast process and in various regional offices
- Monitor regional cash flow management
- Tracking financial performance of the business and drive business directions and strategies
- Monitor the audit process, statutory and tax filings; compliance of applicable regulatory requirements , proactive to grasp & sort out new regulatory requirements timely
- Ad hoc projects, e.g. assessment & financial modelling for investment proposals
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
- At least 6 years working experiences, preferably with Big 4 background
- Prior retail industry experience is a definite advantage
- In-depth experiences in finance operations from international sizeable company
- Extensive experiences in internal control, policy and procedures
- Familiar with setting up internal control and risk management policies is a definite advantage
- Excellent inter-personal skills, and effective communication abilities in both English and Chinese
- Sound knowledge in ERP systems, proficiency in Microsoft office and applications and financial modelling
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Finance Manager
