About Our ClientOur client is a US headquartered law firm, with offices around the globe and a strong presence across the Greater China region. They have a well-established Corporate Services department who provide overall support to the firm, in particular to the corporate practice group.Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for full spectrum company secretarial work for a portfolio of private companies, including Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions. In addition, the role will also require assistance with routine maintenance of listed companies, formation of companies and ad hoc projects.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will ideally be a Student Member of HKCGI and have around 2 years of related company secretarial experience gained from either professional firms or another law firm. Fluency in English and Chinese will be essential.
