Full-time / Part-time Project Co-ordinator II(s)The appointee(s) will be assigned to the CUHK Jockey Club Minimally Invasive Surgical Skills Centre. He/ She will be responsible for (a) providing administrative support to the Centre’s projects; (b) organising conferences, events and training activities; (c) liaising with internal and external parties for the Centre’s projects and activities; and (d) performing other duties as assigned. Work at weekends or on holidays are occasionally required.Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree or above; (ii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (iv) excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; (v) the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; and (vi) proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing. Experience in event management will be an advantage.Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
