The Retail Excellence Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices and operational standards across our retail network. This role will focus on optimizing sales performance, enhancing customer service, and ensuring brand consistency in our luxury retail stores.Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence
- Establish and maintain retail operational standards and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence across all locations.
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement corrective actions to drive improvements in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store management to identify areas for operational improvements and develop action plans to address them.
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance the customer service skills of retail staff, ensuring a superior shopping experience consistent with the brand's luxury positioning.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess customer interactions, merchandising practices, and overall store environment, providing constructive feedback to management.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer journey.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies that drive foot traffic and conversion rates in stores.
- Analyze sales data and report on trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
- Support new store openings and major initiatives by providing training and guidance on operational excellence.
- Serve as a liaison between retail operations and senior management to ensure alignment on retail strategies and objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the retail team, encouraging feedback and sharing of best practices.
- Ensure that all retail locations uphold the brand's visual merchandising standards and product presentation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials are in line with brand standards and effectively communicate key messages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of improving retail operations and customer experiences.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence others.
- Willingness to travel to retail locations as required.
