  • Management of financial lines clients and development of new business. Such includes:
  • Client Servicing - including advice, broking, placement, claims monitoring and management
  • Broking and Placement - including design, structure and negotiate insurance contracts
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-standing client relationship
  • Collaborating with colleagues as Aon United either to cross sell financial lines products or to create opportunities for colleagues
  • Promote FSPG capabilities to external parties and local countries
  • Support local countries in business development
  • Provide support to the line manager from time to time as required
  • Act as a technical resources and knowledge sharing with local countries
  • Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • 15 years’ experience in financial lines insurance with rich experience in managing large corporate clients
  • Certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance
  • University graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or Insurance
  • Sound technical knowledge in all Financial Lines insurance products (including but not limited to Cyber, crime, BBB, Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity etc.)
  • Strong communicator in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
