credit monitoring assistant manager

• Our client is a prominent fully licensed bank in the Hong Kong market

• You will be joining the Risk Management Team, which boasts a sizable team and a friendly culture

• Develop, review, and update bank credit policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Group's standards
• Monitor the implementation of rectifications and enhancement measures pertaining to credit risk management
• Conduct gap analysis to ensure adherence to the latest regulatory requirements
• Review and assess new products and product changes from a credit risk perspective
• Perform periodic and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, etc
• 3-5 years of relevant banking experience
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and the Supervisory Policy Manual
• Demonstrate excellent writing and people management skills
• Display self-motivation, business acumen, risk management skills, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage
