Assistant Land Surveyor & Land Survey Graduate

• Coordinate project requirements between all parties involved, ensuring smooth communication and successful delivery of project goals.

• Prepare and manage project documentation, conduct system testing, and support the rollout of IT/GIS solutions.

• Carry out both field and office surveying tasks using a range of professional equipment.

• Oversee the setup, calibration, operation, and maintenance of UAV systems, including UAV dock stations.

• Conduct valuation assignments and produce detailed survey reports for clients.

• Manage product resources – from budgeting and scheduling to procurement, contracts, and cost control – to keep projects on track

• Process and analyze data collected from surveying equipment and automated systems.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.

• Degree or higher qualification in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or Information Technology.

• At least 2 years of relevant land surveying experience is preferred.

• Cantonese language proficiency is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Land Survey Graduate position.
